DUE (Friday, December 12 by 5pm): Project Proposal Document. Share a OneDrive doc with both Maddie and Gillian's MSU email (macdo313@msu.edu, mmackie@msu.edu). Shared OneDrive doc because this allows us to provide comments and ask questions.
